Delivery

Orders are posted by First Class Royal Mail (the day after your order is placed). Although most deliveries are successfully made within 3 days of receiving your order we cannot guarantee this so please allow up to 4 days.

Goods are dispatched Monday to Thursday. Orders will not be posted over the weekend.

It is your duty to ensure that the planned delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept an order. 

We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.

Please note it is a requirement that we must have the telephone number at the delivery address.

Unless you are contacted by our sales team, your goods will be dispatched on the agreed date and could be delivered any time up until 6pm. Please note that we cannot track orders during transit but if you have not received an attempted delivery within 4 days of placing your order email us goodfoodfairyb@outlook.com. Thank you. 

Unforeseen Circumstances

Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, Severe Weather or other causes beyond the control of Good Food Fairy Artisan Bakery. 

Complaints Procedure

It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 48 hours. 

Cancellations and Returns

As our products are produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given. Consequently, credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon placement of orders. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. Do not return goods without speaking to us first.
